- PAYMENT. Signs of Celebration are rentals and remain property of IC Print Signs Promo. Price includes delivery, set-up, and pick up of the display. Payment MUST be received and cleared at least 24 hours prior to delivery. Your date is not secured until payment is received.
- DELIVERY. Displays are typically set up between 8 pm the evening before your event and 7 am the day of your event. We will work with you to choose a time that works for you.
- SET-UP. Client agrees NOT to pull up signs, rearrange them, or attach anything (especially balloons) to them. If signs are damaged because they are removed, moved, or tampered with, client agrees to pay full replacement cost.
- INSTALLATION AREA. Please water the installation area 24 hours prior to the install and remember to turn all sprinklers off. Please have your lawn service come before the installation or after pick-up. Client agrees to pay replacement cost for damage caused by lawn service.
- PICK UP. IC Print Signs Promo will remove the display between 8 pm the evening of your event and 7 am the next morning unless other arrangements have been made.
- RUSH ORDERS. We do our best to accommodate all clients. Rush orders may be available based on inventory and additional fees.
- CANCELLATION. If client cancels with 48 hours notice, client will be given the option of a 50% refund or to reschedule for another date. No refunds will be issued with less than 48 hours notice.
- REFUNDS. No refunds will be issued in the event the homeowner does not allow the install, requests that it is removed, fails to provide a gate code, security refuses admission, or for incorrect addresses submitted.
- INDEMNITY. Client agrees to indemnify IC Print Signs Promo and all of its representatives for injury or damage caused to any person or property during the rental. IC Print Signs Promo agrees to indemnify client from injury or damage caused during installation or removal.
- INCLEMENT WEATHER. In the event weather conditions prevent set up, a full refund will be issued. Client agrees to delay pickup or allow early pickup in the event of inclement weather. This includes but is not limited to: lightning, hail, or high winds.
- ACCEPTANCE. IC Print Signs Promo reserves the right to decline orders. This includes but is not limited to: lewd, controversial, disrespectful, or controversial statements.
