• Setup/Layout – When Print Signs Promo charges a fee to set up artwork for a customer, the fee is for the time it takes to lay out artwork. The artwork remains the intellectual property of Print Signs Promo unless the client purchases the rights to the artwork.

• A rush/priority service fee will be required for faster than normal turnaround or work requested to be performed outside of normal business hours. These requests must be made in writing. We will ask for your approval, in writing, before proceeding.

• The Client shall appoint a sole Representative with full authority to provide or obtain information and approval required by Print Signs Promo.

• Print Signs Promo shall have the right to use all designs or photographs of completed projects for promotional purposes. The Client shall inform Print Signs Promo in writing if any information provided by the Client is confidential and should not be used for promotional purposes.

• All artwork shall remain the property of Print Signs Promo unless the client purchases the rights to the artwork.

• Print Signs Promo reserves the right to request a payment/deposit which shall be credited against the amount due. In the event a project is canceled, Client agrees to pay for services rendered.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours. A member of our staff will document the issue and we will work to get it resolved.

• Refund or reprint on any defective print orders
• Free reprint on any orders lost in transit

All policies are subject to change without prior notification.

Defective product refunds and reprints are limited to $200. Determination of defect is at the discretion of management. In most cases, clients will be requested to submit digital photos documenting the product defect and/or ship the defective products back to us at client’s cost.

Free reprint on any orders lost in transit is limited to orders less than or equal to $100. Turnaround and shipping for reprint orders will vary depending upon available production capacity and management’s discretion.

Direct mail services including printing, mailing services, list services, and design services are not subject to standard return policies. Refunds or reprint on direct mail orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All postage for Direct Mail must be paid prior to mailing. There is no refund for postage if the U.S. Post Office denies a refund.
